"Despite the negative feedback, I'm giving them 5 stars!"
I've seen plenty of negative reviews about newfrog, but I gotta say, they deserve a solid 5 stars from me. My delivery arrived in just 11 days, and everything was in great shape when it got here. Plus, I was able to track my order every single day. Absolutely brilliant, thank you!

"Reliable seller with great support"
I purchased an item that the maker had stopped producing before it was taken off their website, and it was out of stock. I’ve been in touch with their customer service for a couple of months. After that time, I asked to cancel my order and get a full refund to my PayPal, which they handled quickly. While I do think they could've avoided the hassle, their replies were consistently prompt and polite. So, I’d definitely shop there again.

Was on face book for order done card no done did you get my order an i being charge? what's going on

I can not get on to the new frog web site ... been about week now. i normally have a look every morning. debbie

I have bought some items and i never received the order number, or an email confirmation. i have sent several emails to enquire. but i have only got one reply stating they cannot find my order. only record i have is on my creditcard statement of payment made to new frog.

Order number 30000235715 placed nov 12. when do i receive this?
